Already using Atlas Pickup Points? The fastest way to get help is from inside the app in your Shopify Admin. Open the app, click the Contact us button, and send us a message. Our team typically responds within a day.
Atlas is also integrated with Sidekick, Shopify’s AI assistant. Once the app is installed, you can ask Sidekick about anything, from checking your pickup point setup to investigating issues.
