- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time from the Shopify admin.
- Which plan do I need?
- If you're on a standard Shopify plan, Lite is the only option and gives you post-checkout pickup point selection. If you're on Shopify Plus and want pickup points to appear inside checkout on the shipping step, choose Pro. Enterprise is for Plus stores that want a dedicated engineer, SLAs, and direct influence on what we build next.
- What does "in-checkout" vs. "after-checkout" mean?
- After-checkout (Lite) means the buyer picks their pickup point on the Thank You page right after placing the order. In-checkout (Pro / Enterprise) means the picker appears as a shipping option inside Shopify Checkout itself, before payment. In-checkout is only available on Shopify Plus because it uses Checkout Extensibility.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Shopify admin, and your new plan takes effect immediately.
- Are there any per-order, transaction, or volume fees?
- No. The monthly (or yearly) plan price is the only charge. Pickup point data, carrier integrations, and order volume are all included.
- How does billing work?
- Billing runs through Shopify. All charges are in USD and are billed every 30 days for monthly plans, or once per year for annual plans.
- Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
- Yes. Paying annually saves 10% on Lite, 14% on Pro, and 17% on Enterprise compared to the monthly price.
- What if I need a carrier you don't support yet?
- Email us. We integrate new carriers regularly, and the integration is free for the carrier. Enterprise customers get prioritized integration requests.
