When shipping to pickup points in Germany, buyers are required to provide their customer ID, referred to as Postnumber (EN) or Postnummer (DE).
The requirement depends on the location type: for Lockers (Packstations), it is mandatory, while for other pickup locations, it is optional.
To try this feature, create a pickup point configuration with DHL Global in Germany and enable the “Show Postnumber field (Beta)” option.
