Removed Monaco pickup points from France

We’ve completed the 🇲🇨 Monaco rollout announced in More carriers now available in Monaco. Monaco pickup points are no longer offered to buyers shipping to 🇫🇷 France; they now appear only under your Monaco shipping options. Previously, a buyer shipping to France could pick a Monaco point, and Shopify would then treat the order’s shipping address as Monaco, a country you may never have configured. If you ship to Monaco or the nearby French border, please make sure your Monaco configuration is in place.
