CET, an update was deployed that unintentionally prevented orders from being updated with pickup point information. This issue affected a small percentage of stores. A fix was implemented on 30 Jul 2024 at 11 CET.For orders placed during this period with missing pickup point data:
- Staff can access the selected pickup point information via our App block on the Order details page in Shopify Admin.
- There is no need to contact buyers regarding this issue.
Normal functionality has been restored. Please report any ongoing issues to our support team.
