Resolved issue with pickup point data not saving to orders in subset of stores

CET, an update was deployed that unintentionally prevented orders from being updated with pickup point information. This issue affected a small percentage of stores. A fix was implemented on 30 Jul 2024 at 11
CET.

For orders placed during this period with missing pickup point data:

  • Staff can access the selected pickup point information via our App block on the Order details page in Shopify Admin.
  • There is no need to contact buyers regarding this issue.

Normal functionality has been restored. Please report any ongoing issues to our support team.
