A collaborator request code is a 4-digit code that lets our support team request access to your store as a collaborator. If your store requires one, sharing it with us helps us resolve issues faster.
Go to Shopify Admin → Settings → Users and permissions, copy the code from the Collaborators box, and send it to us through the contact form.
