A collaborator code is a 4-digit code that our support team uses to send an invite for accessing your store. This code is essential for easier debugging and assisting with app setup. Shopify now requires this code for every store. Sharing your collaborator code with us will help expedite problem resolution when contacting our support team.
To find your collaborator code, follow these steps:
- Open your Shopify admin.
- Click on “Settings,” then “Users and permissions.”
- Copy the collaborator code from the “Collaborators” box.
