If the shipping rate for pickup point delivery is visible but the pickup point selection itself does not appear during checkout or on the Thank you page, work through the causes below.
1. App block has not been added
The pickup point selection app block must be added to each page where you want it to appear. Go to Shopify Admin → Settings → Checkout → Checkout Editor and verify that the Pickup point selection block is present on the checkout page, the Thank you page, or both, depending on your setup.
2. Pickup point configuration is missing
A shipping rate for pickup point delivery exists but is not assigned to any pickup point configuration. Go to Shopify Admin → Atlas Pickup Points and make sure you have created a pickup point configuration that references the shipping rate.
3. Shipping rate name or country does not match
The pickup point selection only appears when the buyer’s chosen shipping rate and destination country match a pickup point configuration in the app. Double-check:
- The shipping rate name in your pickup point configuration matches the rate name exactly (including spacing and capitalization). Only rates defined in Shopify Admin → Settings → Shipping and delivery appear as suggestions. If you use a shipping app, rates from the app will still work, but you need to type the rate name manually.
- The country in your pickup point configuration matches the buyer’s shipping destination.
4. App block is not included in Shop Pay
If the pickup point selection appears in the regular checkout but not in Shop Pay, go to Shopify Admin → Settings → Checkout → Checkout Editor, click the Pickup point selection block, and make sure the Include app block in Shop Pay option is checked.

5. Thank you page extensibility is not enabled
The pickup point selection on the Thank you page requires Shopify’s Thank You Page Extensibility. If the app block is present in the checkout editor but does not appear on the Thank you page, confirm that Thank You Page Extensibility is enabled for your store.
