Pickup points selection does not appear

If the pickup points selection is not visible during checkout, consider the following potential reasons:

  1. App block missing: The app block has not been added to the checkout.

  2. Mismatched settings: The shipping rate name and country do not match what was defined in the pickup rate.

  3. Test mode active: Test mode is enabled in the app settings.

  4. App block is not included in Shop Pay: If pickup point selection is not visible in the Shop Pay checkout, go to Checkout editor, click on our app block, and make sure that the Include app block in Shop Pay option is checked.
