The update frequency depends on the carrier. Depending on how each carrier makes its pickup point data available, Atlas fetches it in real time, hourly, every few hours, or daily.
This means a pickup point that a carrier closes or removes can remain selectable for a short period, depending on the carrier’s update cadence. If a buyer selects a point that the carrier later rejects, see A selected pickup point is no longer available for how to reassign the order to a nearby point.
You can monitor carrier integration status in real time on our status page. See How to check Atlas service status.
If you repeatedly receive orders for pickup points your carrier rejects, contact us with the carrier name and a few examples so we can investigate the data source.
