How to check Atlas service status

Learn how to check the Atlas Pickup Points status page, subscribe to updates by email, RSS, or Slack, and see carrier outages in the app.

Sheet 31 of 34 · Revised 30 Oct 2026

If pickup points suddenly stop loading, check our status page before troubleshooting your configuration: status.atlaspickuppoints.com

The status page shows the current state of Atlas Pickup Points and any ongoing incidents or scheduled maintenance. It covers each part of the app separately: pickup point selection, order processing, app settings, and the public API.

#Carrier outages

The status page covers Atlas Pickup Points itself, not carriers. When a carrier’s pickup point service has problems, a banner on the app’s home page in your Shopify admin tells you which carriers are affected. While a carrier is down, we recommend temporarily disabling it so buyers aren’t offered pickup points that can’t load.

These are issues on the carrier’s side, not in Atlas Pickup Points or your store’s setup.

#Subscribe to updates

To get notified when we post an incident or maintenance update, go to status.atlaspickuppoints.com and click Subscribe to updates. Then choose how to receive them:

  • Email: enter your email address and click Subscribe, then confirm with the link in the email we send you. To hear only about some parts of the app, select Subscribe to specific components first.
  • RSS: add the RSS feed to your feed reader. An Atom feed is also available.
  • Slack: click Subscribe via Slack to receive updates in a Slack channel of your choice. Installing apps in your Slack workspace may require admin permission.

#If the status page shows no incident

Check the app’s home page for a carrier outage first (see Carrier outages). If there is none, the issue is most likely in your store’s setup. Start with these guides:

If none of them apply, contact our support team with details about your setup.
