If the shipping option for pickup point delivery is not visible during checkout, this is not related to Atlas Pickup Points. Atlas does not create shipping options. It attaches pickup point selection to existing options defined in your Shopify shipping settings or provided by your shipping app.
To fix this, make sure the shipping option is set up correctly:
- If you use Shopify’s built-in shipping options, go to Shopify Admin → Settings → Shipping and delivery and verify the option exists and is active for the relevant shipping zone.
- If you use a shipping app, check the app’s configuration to ensure the option is being returned for the buyer’s destination.
Once the shipping option is visible during checkout, Atlas will display the pickup point selection for any option that matches a pickup point configuration.
