Shipping rate for pickup points is not visible

If the shipping rate for pickup point delivery is not visible during checkout, this is not related to Atlas Pickup Points. Atlas does not create shipping rates. It attaches pickup point selection to existing rates defined in your Shopify shipping settings or provided by your shipping app.

To fix this, make sure the shipping rate is set up correctly:

  • If you use Shopify’s built-in shipping rates, go to Shopify Admin → Settings → Shipping and delivery and verify the rate exists and is active for the relevant shipping zone.
  • If you use a shipping app, check the app’s configuration to ensure the rate is being returned for the buyer’s destination.

Once the shipping rate is visible during checkout, Atlas will display the pickup point selection for any rate that matches a pickup point configuration.
