How to view pickup point details on an order

Shopify Admin

Open the order in Shopify Admin → Orders and select the order you want to check. You can view and change the pickup point in two ways. Both show the full pickup point details (provider, code, address, and additional attributes) and allow you to change the selected pickup point.

1. Using the app block

To add the app block:

  1. In the Blocks section, click + Block
  2. Select Pickup point
  3. Click the pin icon to enable it for all staff

Once added, the pickup point details will be displayed below the shipping method information on every order page.

2. Using the More actions menu

  1. Click the More actions button
  2. Select Pickup point

Shopify POS

First, make sure Atlas Pickup Points is added to your POS. You can do this in Shopify Admin → Point of Sale → Settings → POS Apps.

Once added, open an order in the Orders tab in Shopify POS. The pickup point details (provider, code, address, and additional attributes) will be shown in a dedicated section on the order page. You can also change the selected pickup point from there.
