Most carriers in Atlas Pickup Points require no configuration. You create a pickup point configuration, select the carrier and country, assign your shipping option, and pickup points appear in the selection right away.
Some carriers connect to your own carrier account instead and ask for credentials when you configure them:
| Carrier | What the app asks for |
|---|---|
| Mondial Relay | Enseigne (Sign code) and Private Key |
| Colissimo | Account number and password, or an API key |
| Chronopost | Account number and password |
| PostNL | API key |
| DHL Location Finder API | API key |
| DPD Netherlands | Merchant ID (delisId) and password |
| UPS Locator API | Client ID and Client Secret |
| FedEx | API key and Secret key |
| Sendcloud | Public Key and Secret Key, plus carrier selection |
| ShippyPro | API key, plus carrier selection |
| Seven Senders | API Key, plus carrier selection |
| Instabox | Instabox ID and Instabox Secret |
You receive these credentials from your carrier. The configuration form in the app explains each field, including where to obtain the value, and validates your credentials when you save. Some carriers also offer carrier-specific options there, such as pickup point type filters.
If you are not sure what your carrier requires, or your credentials fail to validate, contact us with the carrier name and the error message shown in the app.
