Atlas Pickup Points is billed through Shopify as a recurring subscription. All charges appear on your Shopify invoice. For current pricing, see our Shopify App Store listing.
Plans
There are two plans based on your Shopify plan:
- Standard for non-Plus merchants
- Plus for Shopify Plus merchants
Both plans are available as monthly or annual subscriptions. Annual subscriptions offer a discount compared to monthly billing.
Free trial
Every new installation starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. You approve the subscription charge when you start the trial, and billing begins automatically after the trial ends.
How billing works
Shopify handles all billing for Atlas Pickup Points. The app has its own 30-day billing cycle, and charges are included in your regular Shopify invoice. After you approve the subscription, charges won’t be due immediately. They are added to your next 30-day Shopify bill or when you exceed your billing threshold, whichever comes first.
Atlas Pickup Points does not charge your payment method directly. All transactions are processed by Shopify. For details on how Shopify processes app charges, see App charges on your Shopify bills.
Cancellation
There are two ways to cancel:
Cancel the plan
Go to Atlas Pickup Points → Billing and cancel your plan. This stops billing but keeps the app installed. Your pickup point configurations, settings, and data are preserved, and the app block continues to display pickup point details on orders in Shopify Admin.
Uninstall the app
Uninstall Atlas Pickup Points from your Shopify store. This stops billing and removes all app configuration (pickup point configurations, settings). The app block will no longer be displayed on orders. Pickup point metafields will remain on your orders and are still accessible via the Shopify API.
Refunds
We offer refunds for charges made within the last 30 days. Refunds are processed directly to your payment method. Contact us to request a refund.
